CLICK ME GAME

TODAY I CAME ACROSS A FACEBOOK GAME NAMED CLICK ME..THERE WAS 10 SECONDS GIVEN FOR THE CLICKS AND THE RESULTS I FOUND WERE AS FOLLOWS.NOW I FOUND THAT MANY OF MY FRIENDS MANAGED ABNORMALLY HIGH NUMBER OF CLICKS GOING DOWN INTO HUNDREDS .I WISHED TO FIND OUT WHY THAT WAS AND WHAT SHOULD BE THE BASIC MINIMUM CLICKS THAT CAN BE THERE.

NOW MOUSE IS OF LOGITECH AND IS MADE IN CHINA ,ITS RATING IS 5V 100A AND IT IS SBF96 PRODUCT AND I FOUND ON REPEATED ATTEMPTS THAT THE NUMBER OF CLICKS POSSIBLE IS NOT MORE THAN 88 WITH THIS MOUSE .IT HAS A CAPACITY TO RESPOND TO THESE CLICKS AND THAT CAPACITY PERHAPS VARIES FROM MOUSE TO MOUSE.NOW WITH THE GIVEN MOUSE THAT IS THE HIGHEST CAPACITY.I WAS INQUISITIVE TO KNOW WHETHER THE GUYS WHO HAD 300 + CLICKS HAD THE SAME MOUSE OR NOT .THE MOUSE TYPES ARE ASFOLLOWS:--
ALONG WITH INTERFACES
=============================================================================

1.The mechanical mouse(which requires a ball to move the cursor on the screen)IMPORTANT TO NOTE:: To get more efficacies with this type of mice, a flat surface named mouse pads is necessary.

2.The optomechanical or optical-mechanical mouse (which is a combination of the optical and the mechanical technologies. It uses a ball but detects the mouse movement optically. It is now the most commonly used with PC.)

3.The optical mouse (which uses a laser; precisely an optical sensor to help detecting the mouse’s moving. More expensive than the two other types, the optical mouses offer more precision and speed and even can be used on any surface.)

To transmit data to the computer three types of interfaces can be used:------

The RS-232C serial port connects the mouse to the computer through a thin electrical cord using a 9 pin connector.

The PS/2 port do the same as the first interface mentioned but using a 6 pin connector.

The USB interface receives various types of mice through a USB connector.

NOW THIS ARE THE THEORITICAL CLASSIFICATION COMING BACK TO MY CONFIGURATION.MINE IS AN OPTICAL MOUSE AND HAS A PS/2 INTERFACE.IT WORKS FAST BUT MAYBE NOT FAST ENOUGH TO MY LIKING.I DID THE FOLLOWING THING ---

I WENT TO THE RUN/REGEDIT/CURRENTUSER/USERCONTROL/MOUSE/MOUSESPEED
AND CHANGED THE DEFAULT VALUE TO 2 FROM 1..BECAUSE THAT WAS THE HIGEST PERMISSIBLE.

I ALSO WENT TO THE START/CONTROL PANEL/ACCEBILITYOPITONS /MOUSE/SETTINGS
AND since in my computer the mousekeys were switched off i switched them on and went to the settings and then made both the topspeed and acceleration to be maximum.

NOW THAT TOO DIDNOT SOLVE THE PURPOSE I TRIED THE STRATEGY LIKE USING THE THUMB WITH THE FIRST FINGER AND HOLD THE MOUSE WITH OTHER HAND AND PRESS IT HARD AT THE TIP REPEATEDLY IT ONLY ENABLED ME TO IMPROVE THE SCORE FROM AN AVERAGE OF 60 CLICKS/10 SEC TO 76 CLICKS/SEC BUT IT WAS STILL SHORT OF 300+ /10 SEC WHICH MADE ME DOUBT THE POSSIBLILITY OF REACHING THAT LEVEL.I SEARCHED FOR THE WORLD RECORD ON THE WEB
FOR HIGHEST NUMBER OF CLICKS EVER REGISTERED AND I FOUND THAT AS 15.5 CLICKS/SEC
SO THAT WOULD GIVE 15.5 * 60 =930 CLICKS A MINUTE AND A 155 CLICKS PER 10 SECONDS.

HOWEVER THE CONVERSATIONS SAID 432 SO I STILL TRIED TO GET TO THE BUTTOM OF THIS.

Anyways the proper answer still remains eluding but yes..i got the final defination today about what exactly is a mouse speed and it is as follows============(SOURCE WIKIPEDIA)

The computer industry often measures mouse sensitivity in terms of counts per inch (CPI), commonly expressed less correctly as dots per inch (DPI) – the number of steps the mouse will report when it moves one inch. The CPI or DPI as reported by manufacturers depends on how they make the mouse; the higher the CPI, the faster the cursor moves with mouse movement. However, software can adjust the mouse sensitivity, making the cursor move faster or slower than its CPI. Current[update] software can change the speed of the cursor dynamically, taking into account the mouse's absolute speed and the movement from the last stop-point. In most software[specify] this setting is named "speed", referring to "cursor precision". However, some software[specify] names this setting "acceleration", but this term is in fact incorrect. The mouse acceleration, in the majority of mouse software, refers to the setting allowing the user to modify the cursor acceleration: the change in speed of the cursor over time while the mouse movement is constant.
